LE LAPIC - AR LAPIG

The guest room Le Lapic (57 m2) and its terrace were designed for long stays and can accommodate two to three people.

Ground floor:

  • A fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, induction cooker, microwave/grill, tableware)

  • A bathroom with a walk-in shower & toilet

  • A dining table

  • A sofa 

  • Direct access to a private outdoor terrace (24m2) with garden                                                                                      furniture and a parasol, offering a nice view on the vegetable garden

Upstairs:

  • One bedroom with a queen size (160x200) bed

  • One extra bed (single bed)

Also included:

  • Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels

  • Breakfast (upon request) will be served in your area

 

Arrival / Departure:

  • Arrival is possible from 5 pm to 7 pm

  • Departure must be done at 10:30 am at the latest

High season from 04/01 to 10/31:  5 Nights minimum
LOW sEAson from 11/01 to 03/31:  3 Nignts minimum

Room rate: 2 guests 103€ / 3 guests 108€

+ Breakfast (from 6 years old): 9,00€ per person

+ Tourist tax: 0,70€ per person & per night

Cancellation conditions:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: no charge

  • Between 29 days and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged

  • Between 7 days and the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged​
